Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped using plain white or brown boxes / envelopes depending on what you order. Each order only displays the return address as from "Innersight Trading" and not "mushbox.com" there is no details regarding mushrooms on the package.
You
can order any of our products via mail order through our shopping
cart system. Just add the items you want to the shopping cart and
choose "Mail Order" for your method of payment. The system
will calculate shipping options for you and provide instructions
for completing your order, it will provide the address to mail in your payment at this time. IMPORTANT: Be sure to remember to use "international"
money orders or request more information if necessary from our support
team.

Ordering via credit card is fastest and easiest, and
its 100% safe. All orders are billed manually by our in house staff
and information is kept on file for a minimum time to ensure privacy.
All billing receipts will show as billed from "Innersight Trading"
on your credit card statement to provide discreet service to our customers.
Special Note for customers using Gift Cards
The back of the card has a website where you can check the balance left on it, and on that website there is a place where you can register the card with your actual address in case of it becoming lost or stolen. Once you have registered the address on your card you can use it on websites like ours that require more information to be processed. After doing this your Gift Card should be approved on our website.
If you
are ordering with a different billing
and shipping address one of our representatives
will have to make contact via telephone with the billing contact
to confirm the order before it can be completed. This is to combat
credit card fraud and ensure the order is going to the correct address.
If you want to order with credit card but are
wary of giving your information online then we can process your
order for you manually via our telephone staff. But to complete
this we require that you still use our online shopping cart system
to gather the necessary information to complete your order. Just
add the items you need into the shopping cart and choose "telephone
order" for your payment method. The system will calculate your
order and provide shipping options and provide the phone number to call to reach our staff. Please note we do not have full time staff setup for answering the phone. In most cases when we get a new telephone order we will call you to complete the order so just leave your name and phone number on the voice message and a representative will call you back. If you don't get a call back within 24 hours then use the support form.
We ship worldwide for most of our products but some items can only be shipped to the USA and Canada. If you are interested in a product and your located outside of USA or Canada please use the support form before ordering to make sure we can complete your order.
*PLEASE NOTE - ALASKA, GUAM, & HAWAII: Some USA locations also require extra shipping fees that we can't calculate in the system. If your from a remote location like Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska there is most likely going to be extra shipping fees required to complete your order. Those locations are much farther than the Continental USA, please contact us with your address to get a quote before ordering, or be ready to expect an email stating more shipping is owed.
All international and overseas orders will be required to pay a shipping fee due to the excessive cost of shipping overseas. Please use the support form and request a quote before ordering if your located outside of Canada and the USA.
All orders should be shipped within 48 hours after the transaction is completed, unless an item is on backorder in which case you will be informed. You can check the status of your order anytime by using the Status Tool.
