Just inject the spores of your choice or an already prepared liquid culture into this jar and then incubate for 2-3 weeks. You will then begin to see floating masses of white, cottony, mycelium growing and then you can extract this new LC using a sterile syringe. The liquid culture medium comes in a quart jar that is specially designed to prevent leaking during shipment by utilizing a high quality Whatman filter as a vacuum seal. An injection port is also included on the lid for easy syringe entry and withdrawal. The LC medium itself is a high fructose and H2O blend known to produce optimal mycelia growth.
